You aren’t happy and I’ve known it for a while.

It pains me to see you not happy. I know this because we have some weird mental connection and when you aren’t yourself I can tell. I’ve been able to tell for years because I have known you for so long. You are literally the person I care about most in this world and I would do anything for you in a heartbeat to see you happy. You are my best friend/brother/bro/holmes etc. The only time I honestly remember you being truthfully happy is when it’s just you and me talking about our lives and all that fun stuff. It’s been a while since that has happened and that will change soon. As long as I have known you, you have been the center of everyone’s judgement and misunderstanding. I will never fully understand how that happens, I don’t. You are without a doubt a lovely person. I think I’m the only person who actually 100% gets you. It just baffles me that no matter what you do there is always someone who is ready to get on your case for doing the simplest thing. I won’t say you haven’t had your moments where you have done some questionable things, but nobody’s perfect and you’re human. I love you bro and that means the good, bad, indifferent, and the ugly.

We need to go to college together. I know that’s still up in the air, but you have to go. You’re my bro and staying here will be bad for you. You need a fresh start somewhere where people don’t have an opinion on you already and you can actually enjoy yourself and be happy again. And I don’t want to go to college without you. We’re bros and we stick together.

I want what’s best for you, and that’s honestly what I think and know is going to be the best for you. Just you and me, taking on the world one day at a time. I just miss you being happy, I really do and I love you.
